MassPDF

A welcoming PDF workspace

Fill a PDF Form with Visible Text

Use text annotations to fill blank spaces on a PDF form, including a scanned paper form. This produces a visually completed PDF. It does not create interactive form fields, validate your answers or submit the form to its recipient.

Open the PDF editor

Upload a PDF, add text, highlight details, place images, and keep edits moving in one focused workspace.

Prepare a clean copy

Open a blank form you are authorized to complete. Enter Edit mode and zoom into the first field. Choose Text and place the answer beside the printed label. For a practice form, enter a fictional name and date rather than personal information.

Align each answer

Use a separate text annotation for each field. Set the font size so the answer fits without touching the field border. Switch to Select to adjust position, and check long addresses at normal zoom. If a form demands an interactive field or a certified electronic signature, follow the recipient's instructions instead.

Check before submitting

Save and download after signing in. Open the exported PDF and review names, dates, required fields and all pages. MassPDF does not check whether the form is complete or legally acceptable. Send it through the recipient's requested channel and keep a copy of both the blank and completed form.

MassPDF can help with

  • Use fictional data for practice
  • Align answers to the printed labels
  • Check required fields yourself
  • Follow the recipient's submission rules
