Online PDF Editor: What You Can Edit

MassPDF adds visible text, marker strokes, shapes and images to an existing PDF. Use it to annotate a document or complete a printed form while keeping the original page layout. It does not turn a PDF into a word-processing document.

Upload a PDF, add text, highlight details, place images, and keep edits moving in one focused workspace.

Start with one PDF

Choose Upload PDF, select a file from your device, and review the page preview. Enter Edit mode to enable the tools. For example, open a meeting agenda, add a room number with Text, then use Marker to draw attention to a changed time. Use Select to reposition an added object before saving.

Review and download

Check each changed page at normal zoom, then save your changes. Sign in with Google to save account drafts or download the edited PDF. Open the downloaded file in a separate PDF reader and confirm the text, images and page layout. Keep your original file so you can start again if an edit is misplaced.

Know the limits

MassPDF adds visual annotations; it does not merge files, compress PDFs, convert to Word, run OCR, remove passwords or securely redact content. The Eraser covers content visually and does not remove underlying text. If a PDF cannot be opened, try an unencrypted copy you are authorized to use. Do not use visual covering to hide confidential information.
